Dr. Garry Kotack Family Dentist
Dr. Garry Kotack graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science Degree majoring in Genetics. He graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry. He received his Fellowship in Dentistry, which involved advanced training in different aspects of dentistry. Dr. Kotack practiced Dentistry in Oshawa for 30 years.
He has also completed a Fellowship in Functional Medicine at post graduate level.
Dentistry is more than just filling cavities. It's a total health connection. As the need for Integrative Natural Medicine continues to grow, our office has accepted referrals & worked with various health professionals.
The services we provide are Biological Dentistry, Preventive Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Child, Adult and Senior Care, Treatment of Dental related Headaches, Snoring Devices, Microscope evaluation. Dr. Kotack former head of Dentistry at Whitby Hospital provides general anaesthetic care for those who need it at Lakeridge Health Port Perry.
A patient's initial visit with Dr. Kotack incorporates a discussion of the patient's lifestyle; health and past dental care, as well as a diagnosis of the patient's current dental status. "We are interested in building relationships," explains Dr. Kotack. "We listen to what the patient's goal is and we establish plans to meet that goal."
Dr. Kotack only treats the dental aspect for the patient. As part of the total care, the patient always returns to the referring practitioner for their continuing care.
